Meet Our Mutts

Meet our adoptable dogs!

We do our best to update our website regularly but visit us on Facebook for pictures galore!

You can still apply for a dog you have recently seen on Facebook, even if you don't see them on this site! Please message us on Facebook or email us at misplacedmutts@gmail.com with any additional questions you might have!

We are a foster based program so our dogs are living in foster homes, working on house training, crate training, basic manners etc. We are excited to work with you to find you the right dog for your home and lifestyle!

Rocky4.jpg

Rocky

This sweet senior brindle mix was pulled from the local Humane Society. He is extremely loving and would love to have a nurturing family home to thrive in for his senior years!  Rocky is truly wonderful.

Jack1.jpg

Jack

Jack is a 100% GOOD boy. He is around 1-2 years old and a big boy weighing in around 70 pounds. He is good with other dogs, cats and kids. He is truly the total package. Just a big old sweety pie.

Jeff

This young man is going to be a wonderful best friend! He is a big puppy already at around 4.5 months old, so be ready for big doggy love. He is loving and sweet!

Tucker

Tucker is a just a baby. He is so sweet, little and soft and beyond precious. Tucker will be a wonderful family member!

Goose3.jpg

Goose

How about these ears?! This handsome boy is around 5 months old. He is going to a larger bully once fully grown. Goose is dog and cat friendly and loves everyone he meets. He’s up to date on everything and is hoping he’ll just be a Misplaced Mutt for a short stay as he’s ready to land a home of his very own! He is a GREAT puppy!

Stewart3.jpg

Stewart

Meet Stewart, a 2–4-year-old neutered pup who came to us from Craven Shelter scared, stressed, and badly matted after being surrendered. He needed time to decompress and initially struggled with a fear of being handled, but in just a couple of weeks he has made remarkable progress and continues to gain confidence. Stewart is crate trained, house trained, food motivated, and does great with other dogs (and would be fine with cats). He enjoys walks once he’s comfortable and would do best in a patient, understanding home with a fully fenced yard where he can warm up at his own pace. Stewart wants love and connection—he’s just learning how to accept it on his terms, and he is absolutely worth the time and care it takes to earn his trust. At this time, with his lack of confidence with new people, we do not recommend him to a home with young children.

Meet this fabulous, beautiful puppy trio!

Their momma is an Aussie and daddy a pitty mix- we are guessing they are around 13 weeks old. They all got baths in their foster homes and are settling in. Cuteness!
