Meet Our Mutts

Meet our adoptable dogs!
We do our best to update our website regularly but visit us on Facebook for pictures galore!
You can still apply for a dog you have recently seen on Facebook, even if you don't see them on this site! Please message us on Facebook or email us at misplacedmutts@gmail.com with any additional questions you might have!
We are a foster based program so our dogs are living in foster homes, working on house training, crate training, basic manners etc. We are excited to work with you to find you the right dog for your home and lifestyle!

Rocky
This sweet senior brindle mix was pulled from the local Humane Society. He is extremely loving and would love to have a nurturing family home to thrive in for his senior years! Rocky is truly wonderful.

Jack
Jack is a 100% GOOD boy. He is around 1-2 years old and a big boy weighing in around 70 pounds. He is good with other dogs, cats and kids. He is truly the total package. Just a big old sweety pie.

Memphis
This is a unique and extremely handsome young fella. He is 6 months old and over 50lbs so he's gonna be a big guy! He could have some pyrenees in the mix and possibly some shepherd. One thing is for certain - he's a beauty and very laid back!

Patty
This sweet thing currently only weighs around 9 pounds is much more petite than she appears in photos. She is a suuuuuuuuper sweet happy puppy that loves to follow her person around everywhere. Get ready for a GOOD girl to join your family!

Goose
How about these ears?! This handsome boy is around 5 months old. He is going to a larger bully once fully grown. Goose is dog and cat friendly and loves everyone he meets. He’s up to date on everything and is hoping he’ll just be a Misplaced Mutt for a short stay as he’s ready to land a home of his very own! He is a GREAT puppy!

Douglas
Douglas is around 5 to 6 months old. He is absolute love bug and loves to snuggle! He loves to play with other dogs absolutely adores toys of all kind. He is receiving treatment treatment for his mange and will look better than ever soon

Stewart
Meet Stewart, a 2–4-year-old neutered pup who came to us from Craven Shelter scared, stressed, and badly matted after being surrendered. He needed time to decompress and initially struggled with a fear of being handled, but in just a couple of weeks he has made remarkable progress and continues to gain confidence. Stewart is crate trained, house trained, food motivated, and does great with other dogs (and would be fine with cats). He enjoys walks once he’s comfortable and would do best in a patient, understanding home with a fully fenced yard where he can warm up at his own pace. Stewart wants love and connection—he’s just learning how to accept it on his terms, and he is absolutely worth the time and care it takes to earn his trust. At this time, with his lack of confidence with new people, we do not recommend him to a home with young children.
Meet this fabulous, beautiful puppy pair!
Their momma is an Aussie and daddy was a pitty mix- we are guessing they are around 13 weeks old. They are just total cuteness!
