We do our best to update our website regularly but visit us on Facebook for pictures galore!

We are a foster based program so our dogs are living in foster homes, working on house training, crate training, basic manners etc. We are excited to work with you to find you the right dog for your home and lifestyle!
Yusuke
Meet Yusuke! This beautiful, blue eyed siberian husky is under two years old and is looking for a home. Stand by for more pictures and information as we get to know this super handsome, playful, lovable boy!
Zeus
We got a call from Havelock Animal Control about a 9 year old husky named Zeus who was surrendered. He is so obese he could barely stand up after laying down. Zeus is absolutely FULL of personality. He's very chatty, he's clean, and he loves his toys. Zeus is on a weight loss plan with his foster and we will soon have him back in shape and ready for active senior years! He's a character!
Fabio
Fabio is ready to load up and head out on any adventure with you.
This sweet boy found himself at the shelter at 7 years old after being surrendered by his people. He happily walked right out of the shelter and loaded into the car with our foster as happy as can be. He got comfy on the seat and just relaxed for his car ride. He is such an easy going and loving boy. He reminds us of a pug / chihuahua with some tall legs!
Ricky
Well would you just look at this young man! Ricky is said to be Chihuahua corgi mix around 5 months old. He weighs about 14 pounds. He's enthusiastic and smart!
Bobbie
Bobbie is sister to Mr. Ricky pictured above. She is just cute as can be! Also a Chihuahua/Corgi mix around 5 months old. She weighs about 14 pounds as well. She's a fun loving girl ready for the next big adventure!
Gizmo
Here we have 14 pounds of love. Gizmo is 1.5 yrs old and ready to be your best buddy. He's neutered and up to date on all vet work!
Giselle
Giselle is just a puppy at 7 months old. She loves other dogs and just wants to be close to people. She is going to be a very loyal companion and boy is she SMART. Giselle recently underwent surgery to remove her right leg due to a debilitating congenital deformity. She is adjusting perfectly to life as a tripod. She is a beautiful Shepherd mix that will bring so much joy!
Phyllis
Meet Phyllis! Don't let her name fool you...she is only about a year and a half but very calm. We aren't sure her exact mix but she has some traits of a Pyrenees, Anatolian and St Bernard. We are sure she is a mix of several breeds. We don't care really, we just love her. She came to Misplaced Mutts Veterinary Clinic and was surrendered with the prongs of the shock collar she was wearing embedded into her neck.
Her wounds have been treated and she is showing us what an amazing dog she is. We are so happy to help her find a wonderful home!
Kona
Kona is a large breed pitty mix puppy. He is a rolly-polly chunk of sweetness right around 3- 3.5 months old. Are you ready for hunky new family member? Kona is going to be a very handsome boy!
Shadow
Shadow is 11 weeks old and said to be a lab mix, but those ears do look a tad "hound-ish!" He and his siblings (also listed) are enthusiastic, happy, large puppies. We don't think these guys will stay small. They are long legged and active and will be an absolute blast! Get your tennis balls ready and be prepared for lots of cuddles!
Roscoe
This is Roscoe. He’s a 10 year old Boston whose Daddy passed away recently and the family reached out to us for help. Roscoe wasn’t walking at first and had gone days without food. We took him straight to the vet and found that he has a deformity from years of living with luxating patellas. He can walk, but his deformity makes him walk hunched over and we have put him on pain management for his knees and back. He’s SO SWEET and so happy to have a comfy bed in his loving foster home. With tender care and attention, he is improving every day!
